Our Story
Established 2011
Tathagat Law Chambers was founded in 2011 by Advocate Abhinav Tathagat with a vision to provide comprehensive, ethical, and accessible legal services to individuals, businesses, and institutions across India.
Over the past 15 years, the firm has grown into a multi-specialist practice with a team of dedicated advocates who bring depth of knowledge, courtroom experience, and a client-centric approach to every matter.
Based in Rohini, Delhi, the firm maintains active practices before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and a wide range of specialist tribunals including NCLT/NCLAT, MACT, DRT/DRAT, RERA, and the Armed Forces Tribunal.
We are committed to the highest standards of professional conduct, guided by the rules of the Bar Council of India and our own firm values of integrity, diligence, and transparency.
